Year-end cleanup may include: bank and credit-card reconciliation, HST reconciliation, payroll reconciliation, loan reconciliation, expense classification review, missing transaction review, documentation organization and preparation of accountant-ready records.

Business setup guidance, CRA account guidance, GST/HST registration assistance, QBO setup, chart of accounts, invoice setup, basic bookkeeping workflow, expense-categorization guidance, 30-minute accounting consultation and a year-one bookkeeping checklist.
Government registration fees, software subscriptions and other third-party charges are not included.Topics may include bookkeeping systems, QBO, GST/HST, payroll, tax-record organization, business startup, cash-flow organization and financial reporting.
A 30-minute introductory consultation may be offered at no charge.Package pricing is based on the stated transaction volumes and service scope. Additional fees may apply for higher transaction volumes, additional accounts, inventory, complex transactions, extensive payroll, significant historical cleanup or services outside the agreed scope.
Where appropriate, Precision Tax will provide a fixed quote before substantial additional work begins. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and may be reviewed as service requirements change.
Monthly package cleanup hours apply to books that have been maintained during the year. Extensive historical reconstruction, missing records or substantial corrections are not automatically included and will be billed at $75/hour or quoted as a fixed project.
